TICKET DELIVERY POLICY

Sound Healing Concert uses electronic tickets (E-tickets) to ensure the attendance confirmation process is convenient, fast, and synchronized.

1. DELIVERY METHOD

  • Automatic Issuance: After successful payment, tickets will be sent directly to your registered Email as a QR code.
  • Ticket Standard: Each e-ticket corresponds to 1 attendee, 1 check-in, and 1 assigned seat.

2. TICKET USAGE PROCESS

  • Event Procedure: Upon arrival, please have your QR code ready on your mobile device for presentation at the check-in counter.
  • Verification Basis: The QR code is the sole valid basis for confirming attendance rights.

3. SECURITY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Ticket Security: Please do not share your QR code with anyone in any form.
  • Scanning Principle: If a QR code is duplicated, the system will only accept the first valid check-in.
  • Disclaimer: Sound Healing World is not responsible for losses arising from ticket codes being leaked or used unintentionally.

4. SAFE PURCHASE ADVISORY

  • Official Channels: Please only purchase tickets through official distribution channels announced by Sound Healing World.
  • Third-party Risks: The Organizing Committee is not responsible for risks, disputes, or invalid tickets arising from purchases through individuals or unauthorized channels.
