PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS
Thank you for choosing to journey with Sound Healing Concert. When booking, please take a moment to read the terms below, so that together we may preserve a tranquil, safe, and complete therapeutic music space for everyone.
1. Tickets & Attendance
- Each e-ticket corresponds to 1 guest, 1 seat, and 1 QR check-in.
- Tickets are sent automatically to your registered email after successful payment. Please also check your Spam/Promotions folder.
- Please keep your QR code secure. The system only accepts the first valid scan for each code.
2. Space & Stillness
- Sound Healing Concert is a journey of listening and feeling, so please minimize noise and keep your phone on silent.
- Please arrive before showtime to settle in. Once the program begins, entry to the performance area may be paused to preserve the shared experience.
- Throughout the program, please refrain from filming, photography, or audio recording, unless otherwise announced.
3. Safety & Conduct
- Please follow the support team's guidance and safeguard your personal belongings throughout the event.
- Please do not bring food, drinks, stimulants, or dangerous items into the program area.
- In a spirit of mutual respect, the Organizing Committee may ask guests to leave for behavior that affects others' safety or experience.
4. Changes & Refunds
- The schedule, content, or certain aspects of the program may be adjusted when necessary to ensure experience quality. All changes will be announced via official channels.
- Due to limited seating, purchased tickets are non-refundable, except when the program is officially cancelled by the Organizing Committee.
5. Personal Information
- The information you provide is used only for ticket issuance, check-in support, and sending necessary program-related notifications.
- We commit to protecting your information in accordance with current legal regulations.
