- Liability Limitation: Sound Healing World is not responsible for cases where QR codes are shared, forwarded, or used by others.
- Scanning Principle: Attendance rights will be prioritized for the first valid scan at the check-in system.

- We commit to using personal information only within the scope necessary for program operations and support.
- Sound Healing World does not actively share, trade, or use personal information for other commercial purposes without explicit customer consent.
- Information may be provided when requested by competent state authorities under Vietnamese law.

- Monitor Notifications: Proactively check Email and registered contact channels.
- QR Code Security: Never share ticket images or QR codes on social media.
- Cooperation: Contact the Organizing Committee immediately if you encounter ticket issues or unauthorized access.
