TERMS OF SERVICE
By purchasing tickets and attending the event, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms, conditions, and regulations, in order to collectively preserve a refined, complete, and tranquil music experience.
1. GENERAL TERMS
- Program Adjustments: The schedule, content, or certain aspects of the program may be adjusted as necessary at the discretion of the Organizing Committee to ensure overall experience quality.
- Personal Belongings: Please safeguard your personal belongings throughout the event. The Organizing Committee is not responsible for any loss or misplacement of personal items at the venue.
- Confirmation of Agreement: Purchasing a ticket signifies your agreement to all policies, regulations, and guidelines applicable to the program.
- Policy Updates: Sound Healing World reserves the right to modify or supplement regulations as needed. All changes will be communicated through official program channels.
- Legal Basis: These terms are established in compliance with current Vietnamese law and regulations related to event organization, consumer rights, and public safety.
2. ATTENDANCE REGULATIONS
- Age Requirement: The program is for attendees aged 14 and above. Guests aged 14 to under 18 must be accompanied by an adult throughout the event.
- Dress Code: Please choose attire that is polite and appropriate for the performance space and spirit of the program. Specific dress codes for each show will be updated on the event detail page.
- For a more comfortable experience, guests may wish to prepare a light shawl or jacket.
3. DEVICES & MEDIA
- Phone Camera Seal: Please have your phone camera sealed at the check-in counter following the Organizing Committee's instructions.
- Silent Mode: Phones and personal devices must be switched to silent mode or turned off during the entire program.
- No Recording: No filming, photography, or audio recording in any form is permitted during the performance, unless otherwise announced.
- Enforcement: In case of violations, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to issue reminders, request cessation of violations, or ask guests to leave without a refund.
4. PROHIBITED ITEMS
- Stimulants: Cigarettes, e-cigarettes, alcohol, or other stimulants.
- Professional Recording Equipment: Cameras, camcorders, professional audio recorders, unless authorized by the Organizing Committee.
- Dangerous Items: Sharp objects, weapons, or items prohibited by law.
- Outside Food & Beverages: Please do not bring food or drinks from outside into the performance area.
5. CODE OF CONDUCT
- Maintain Order: Please queue politely, in order, and follow the guidance of support staff.
- Respect the Experience Space: Sound Healing Concert is a space that emphasizes listening and feeling. Please minimize noise as much as possible.
- Follow Instructions: Throughout the program, please cooperate and follow the Organizing Committee's guidance.
- Violation Handling: The Organizing Committee reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if regulations are not followed.
- Ticket Policy: Tickets will not be refunded if guests violate the program's regulations.
6. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)
- Q1: I have paid but haven't received my ticket? → Please check the Spam / Promotions folders in your inbox. If still not found, contact the official hotline or email for support.
- Q2: Can I bring food or drinks inside? → No. Please do not bring outside food or beverages into the program. The Organizing Committee has prepared water for attendees on-site.
- Q3: What if I arrive late? → Check-in closes when the program starts. After 30 minutes from the start time, the Organizing Committee may refuse entry to preserve the overall experience.
- Q4: Can I use someone else's ticket? → Yes, if you have a valid QR code. However, the QR code must be kept secure and not shared publicly to avoid risks.
- Q5: What if my QR code is duplicated? → Only the first check-in is accepted. Always purchase tickets through official channels to avoid this risk.
