REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Sound Healing Concert values every audience member's presence and always strives to organize programs with meticulousness, transparency, and stability.

1. GENERAL PRINCIPLES

  • No Refund Policy: Due to the nature of performance events with limited seating and pre-prepared operations, all purchased tickets are non-refundable.
  • Exceptions: Refunds are only applicable if the program is officially cancelled by Sound Healing World.

2. MAJOR CHANGES SUPPORT

  • Show Transfer: Switch to another show if the program has a suitable replacement schedule.
  • Refund by Request: Submit a refund request within 15 working days from the date of official announcement from the Organizing Committee.

3. PROCEDURE & SECURITY

  • Process Guidance: All support requests for ticket changes or refunds must follow instructions on official communication channels.
  • Security Responsibility: Please keep your e-ticket and QR code secure.
  • Ticket Dispute: If a QR code is shared or leaked, Sound Healing World only recognizes the first valid check-in.

4. COMPLAINTS HANDLING

  • Submission Deadline: Complaints must be sent via the official hotline or email within 48 hours from when the issue arose. Sound Healing World will respond within 3 working days.
  • Eligible Cases: Paid but not yet received the ticket; valid ticket but unable to check in; technical errors originating from Sound Healing World's system.
  • Out-of-Scope Cases: Counterfeit or unofficial tickets; QR codes shared or transferred to third parties; customers losing access to email or not actively checking their inbox.
